Cauliflower with Brown Butter!

1 Head of Cauliflower
1 1/2 sticks butter

Steam cauliflower in steamer
Melt butter on medium stiring constintly till it turns a brown carmel color. Once it does take off heat & pour over your cooked cauliflower.
