3/4 lb Beef roast
2 cans campbells french onion soup
2 cans beef broth
1 can or bottle of beer
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours
*If you don't want a bunch of gravy then only do 1 can of soup & 1 of broth*
I served this with mashed potatoes & it was delish
